Justin Hirsch Promoted to Vice President of CBRE

CBRE Group, Inc. announces the promotion of Justin Hirsch to vice president in its Greenville, SC office.

Hirsch leads CBRE’s Land Services Group serving the Greenville-Spartanburg market. He consistently has been a top producer for CBRE, ranking #1 in the Upstate and #2 in South Carolina for 2015. Hirsch has proven his expertise in land use, development processes, and entitlements by adding value for his clients across numerous land transactions since he joined CBRE in 2005.

For more than ten years, he has built advantage by connecting industry relationships and leveraging his expertise on behalf of both private individuals and institutional clients with land acquisitions and dispositions. Recently, Hirsch represented the purchaser of a 7.3-acre multifamily development site in Greenville’s central business district, and helped guide them through the local development approval process.

Additionally, over the past several years, Hirsch has worked with several local and regional banks to create management and dispositions strategies for their REO assets and successfully provided advisory and transaction solutions for the sale of those assets.

Hirsch graduated from the Masters of Real Estate Development program at Clemson University, where he also earned his undergraduate degree in Financial Management.
