ReWa Names Mary Beth Lampe as Chief Administrative Officer

Renewable Water Resources Board of Commissioners and CEO, Graham W. Rich, has recently named Mary Beth Lampe as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Agency.

Mary Beth previously served as the Director of Human Resources for the Agency. Lampe’s educational background is comprised of a Bachelor of Science Degree from Trevecca University as well as attending the Management Academy of Public Health at UNC- Chapel Hill.

Mary Beth is an analytical thinker with over 20 years of comprehensive human resource experience and proven results in strategic planning, resource management, policies/procedure development, recruitment/retention and benefits administration. She also has experience delivering human resources management services and effective leadership training in various industries, from large international companies to local nonprofits. Lampe is an expert in training and development, change implementation, mediation and negotiation, conflict resolution and talent expansion.

Lampe is an affiliate of American Water Works Association, Greenville Society of Human Resource Management, National Society of Human Resource Management, Water Environment Federation, and Water Environment Association of South Carolina.
