FGP, Find Great People has been named a 2018 Best Place to Work in South Carolina, marking the eighth time the Greenville, S.C.-based talent acquisition firm has made the prestigious statewide list.
 
Created by SC Biz News in partnership with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group, the 13th annual Best Places to Work survey and awards program recognized a total of 75 South Carolina companies including small-to-medium sized companies with 15–249 employees and large companies with more than 250 employees. Final rankings will be released during a recognition event held on August 2 in Columbia.
 
“The foundation of our success at FGP is and always will be our people,” said FGP President and Chief Executive Officer John Uprichard. “It’s extraordinarily gratifying to again be recognized as a best place to work. Sustaining an organization as a best place to work is a testament to the contribution and alignment of each person on the FGP team.”
 
Companies nominated for the Best Places to Work in SC award are evaluated first on their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics, and second on employee surveys. The combined scores determine the top companies and the final ranking determined by Best Companies Group.
 
The 2018 awards mark the eighth time FGP has been named a Best Place to Work in South Carolina, including 2017: #35, 2016: #32; 2015: #18, 2014: #15, 2008: #4, 2007: #2 and 2006: #1.
